I am over the moon grateful for the work William did for me the last couples days. He came to do a free diagnosis and ended up being here for 3 1/2 hours to fully make sure the motherboard was the problem. He recommended a replacement, and came back 2 days later to install it. That process ended up being another 5 hours. He was not giving up and was super determined to fix my PC for me. AND it was my birthday!! There were so many extra things he did that he didn’t charge me for, like plugging and screwing things in, putting things back in the right spot, bending things back that shouldn’t have been bent, installing updates and his personally recommended apps. At the end of it all, I received the greatest birthday present ever, my PC is finally fixed after 1 1/2 years. Huge shoutout to William, he will make it happen!!! ~ Aaliyah L

I had a bootup issue with my laptop and was looking for a way to get it fixed so I sent an email to Trust Computer Services to get an estimate. William responded very quickly, and they even came to me to pick up the device which is something I had never experienced with tech repairs. He was then able to identify the problem, fix it and return the device to be within 24 hours of him picking it up. Personally, I've never experienced tech service that's that quick or convenient before in my life and it thankfully didn't cost very much at all. So, I'm very grateful for his help and will definitely use them again in the future. ~ Sean W

My parents and I highly recommend William! He came to their house and spent a few hours with them making sure their laptop was up and running with all of the latest updates and protections. He was very patient with my elderly parents and made sure they understood what he was doing and gave them recommendations about what they should do to keep their laptop in the best condition going forward.
